Notice of Public Hearing - MV - 4862 Line 15

TAKE NOTICE that an application for the property located at 4862 Line 15 will be heard by the Committee on August 13, 2024 at 9:30 a.m.

PURPOSE OF APPLICATION: The application is proposing relief from Section 6.4 to reduce the Minimum Distance Separation II (MDS II) from 588 m to 468 m. The proposed relief will facilitate the construction of a finishing barn approximately 2092 m² (22518 ft²) in area for up to 2,400 pigs on the subject lands.
