Most of Perth South is prime agricultural land, with agriculture representing one of our most significant economic and community assets. Abundant agricultural production in Perth South has resulted in us being referred to as "Ontario's food basket." We are one of the region's main producers of pork, beef, poultry, dairy products, cash crops and organic produce.
