TAKE NOTICE that an application for a minor variance will be heard by the Committee on the date, and at the time noted in the attached notice.

The application is requesting relief from Section 5.13 (d) to increase the maximum height for an accessory structure from 4.5 m (14.76 ft) to 7.1 m (23.3 ft). The requested relief will facilitate the construction of an accessory structure which will be used for personal storage on the subject lands.
