TAKE NOTICE that an application for a minor variance will be heard by the Committee on the date, and at the time  outlined in the attached notice.

The subject application is requesting relief from Section 5.1.3 of the Township of Perth South Zoning By-law to increase the maximum height for an accessory structure from 4.5 m to 6.3 m. The relief in height will facilitate the construction of an accessory structure on the subject lands.
