Notice of Pubic Meeting - ZBA - 165 Avonton Road

TAKE NOTICE a Statutory Public Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 18, 2023 at 9:30 a.m. This meeting will be held in-person and available remotely to discuss a proposed Amendment to the Perth South Zoning By-law.
The proposed amendment to the Perth South Zoning By-law No. 4-1999 has been initiated by the Municipality to consider updating the zoning at 165 Avonton Rd to reflect changes that have been made to the settlement area in Sebringville. The amendment will rezone the property legally described as Plan 398 Pt Lot 11 from the “Future Development (FD) Zone” to the “Agriculture (A) Zone”.  Please see attached notice for further details.
