TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the County of Perth has received a complete application for an Official Plan Amendment, in accordance with Section 22 (6.1) of the Planning Act on June 2, 2022. The County deemed the application complete on June 16, 2022. The file number is “County of Perth Official Plan Amendment #209 Rylan Looby”. All landowners within 120 metres (400 feet) of the subject lands are sent this Notice. Please see attached for further details.
