The St. Pauls Athletic Association Advisory Committee's role is to initiate and provide recommendations, advice and information to our Township Council regarding the operations and maintenance of the recreational facilities and programs in the Downie Ward of the Township. This Committee is specifically responsible for:
Developing, encouraging and promoting recreational programs for all ages in the community, such as (but not limited to) minor baseball and soccer;
Coordinating the registration, scheduling, implementation and management of recreational programs and activities;
Initiating and facilitating such working groups as may be necessary to assist in the development and promotion of recreational programs and activities;
Liaising, facilitating and working in co-operation with the Township staff, service contractors, other recreation committees of Council, local community volunteers, local service groups and any other organizations interested in the development and implementation of recreational programs and activities.
